We are committed to curating, holding and creating space for ALL Women to lead, heal, and thrive as we navigate Hard Change.

Women are at greater risk of poverty, trauma, financial loss, and major, often devastating life transitions. The long term affects from these factors: increase in mental health issues, decline in biomarkers of health, life satisfaction, quality of life and guilt or shame over experiencing joy. Often with less resources to access supports to address those.

We also address and recognize that Black, Indigenous,Women of color( Latinx, MENA/SWANA, Asian) ,Transgender and Two-Spirits, receive even less and are harmed by systems. We actively work to increase access, advocate for systems change, letting those women decide how and what that looks like. There is no feminism with out addressing inter-sectionality and that the systems we work and live in that are inherently racist, sexist and homophobic, and were never created for them in mind. We seek to shift the work of removing obstacles and barriers to those raising them, not those denied access. We know populations are not monoliths and nuance for each client and their lived experience is valued and held.

Women are most often the primary adult carrying the bulk of the emotional and logistical loads of American households. At HER Grace and Grit we realize that women can not part ourselves out any more and that any supports/coaching we access need to encompass our whole self: mental, physical, emotional and spiritual and the loads we carry. Our model of care does just that. Supporting Health, Encouraging Empowerment and Honoring Resilience as we move from grieving to healing to thriving. We meet our clients where they are, create plans/trainings, cultivate skills and resources to create the change to get them where they want to be. From leadership in the home to the boardroom we understand that safety and stability has to be placed WITHIN context of the clients living experience, and some women are not safe in our society and that is not okay. No two souls are a like, so no two processes and plans look a like.

Your values, Your Goals, Your Team, Your JOY.

NONE OF US ALONE

Belief that the act of being alone should be a consensual choice, not the default of a society too impaired to see harm

Musings and MORE

My own space for putting my lived experiences down. This is adult content, from sex work to dust bunnies, I mention it all. Messy heritage, dirty laundry, silly moments and quiet contemplations.
